Aston and his team rejuvenated our 50k litre pool back in ’21 – from algae destroyed marbalite to sparkling fibreglass.A few months ago a 14cm crack appeared which turned out be along the upper line of the pool light that was removed 3 years ago. Aston came out last week – sanded down that section , repaired crack , re fibreglassed and painted . All at no charge !!

The entire experience was great. Aston was there with first hand knowledge and experience. Although, his initial quote was higher than the other similar pool companies I contacted, I decided to go with mendapool as they always followed through, returned phone calls ,messages an emails in a timely manner, and were always available if I had a concern. Great turnaround time on quotation and service. My pool was loosing water at a rapid rate, I got Mend a pool’s details from Facebook Marketplace and spoke to Carol, she treated my request with urgency and sent Aston to come out that same afternoon to inspect the pool. He established that the pool surface has several leaks. Despite it being the festive season and all Mend a pool’s team started working on the pool the very next day. Carol kept me informed at all times. A high five to their site staff Jack, Rob & Khoza these guys DO NOT sleep on the job. I am very satisfied with the final product. I also received a free electronic gas leak detection. Keep up the great work!
